I went to Johnothan Barrett a while back about advice for planning for myself and families future. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He did not over talk you or make you feel unwelcome. I found Jonathan Barrett by reading his reviews on Google. His 93 Five Star reviews immediately caught my attention. We had been thinking about meeting with a financial planner for quite a while, as we are nearing retirement. I called Jonathan's number to see how his service worked and was surprised that HE actually picked up the phone. He was in the middle of running into a meeting but patiently took the time to let me know how his service worked and what he could do for us. I set up an appointment, provided him with the documents and information he asked for , and then we had a meeting. As all of the Google reviews stated , Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and he seemed honest with OUR best interest in mind. He reviewed our household budget, confirmed we were on the right track, and gave us an investment idea that we thought was perfect for us, and we are now in the process of moving funds and finalizing right now. I was very skeptical to meet with a financial planner, feeling that THEIR interests to make money would be held over OUR best interests to save and grow it. This was not the case with Jonathan. We truly felt that his goal was to help US, and not to just create income for himself. In going through the process of transferring one of our accounts, Jonathan was very responsive in answering emails, texts, and phone calls, most of the time we heard back from him within hours, not days. We recently started to research financial advisors when my husband and I received news that his cancer may be back. He didnt judge us for not having made better financial decisions in our past; instead he advised us on how to start fixing things so that we could be ready for any hits.
