It does not surprise me in the least that Stephen has a 5-star rating from 100% of his clients. He is remarkable in his thorougjness. He is Always On! He consistently follows up and provides unflappable assistance at every turn. I'm certain he's underpaid because excellent support like that can never be remunerated enough.
