Nick S. was a tremendous help to me today with multiple policies that can be confusing. He was patient, thorough and followed up twice (once with a call, the other with a link). He is an asset to the team, not to mention nice. I have had only positive experiences with this broker and I deal with both offices. Thank you.

I used this agency as a referral from an old agent and the setup from one state to another was quick and easyhowever I just called to cancel my policy and the attitude and unprofessional responses I received were extremely nasty!!! This employee should be reevaluated, you are in the service business, Karen. Its not for everyone!!! Maybe consider something else if you arent happy. Sheesh, the name fits the attitude. Horrible experience!

Worst car insurance ever. Allstate steal my money and they dont want to give it back. I was a customer with my dad, the policy was under his name. I paid in advance for 6 months and then I got into an accident on half of those 6 months I paid. When I when there someone told me I was gonna get a refund for those 3 months. Then I keep calling and nobody wanted to help me and they told me there is no money.

Ive had a policy with All State for the past 8 years and I called to add a new vehicle today and KAREN who also refused to give here last name was very unprofessional and nasty. I could not believe this was a representative of State Farm. It was as if I was begging her something and I was a bother to her. I went through with adding the vechicle to the policy because I need to leave the dealer but as soon as I get home I will calling another company and this is where my relationship with AllState will end.
