        Very disappointed when I look back at the 27 years Albanese Agency serviced our insurance needs. At the end, when we needed Andrea just prior to us closing on our home sale, she punted to someone that had no knowledge about the issue and we had to contact FMI directly to get things resolved. Really? Further, she never offered us a voice with FMI, meaning at the end of our insurance commitment (and shame on me), she continued to allow the policy to inflate the insurance value of our home to over $150K beyond the market value. If she truly cared about us, she would have looked at market values and helped to create a different scenario; adjust our insurance to be in line with the market. As i said, shame on me for not shopping the policy. Please everyone, tomorrow, call an insurance agent and get a competitive quote!!!!!!
