During the coldest day out, the heater quit working in our house. It was cold and hopeless. So, we looked for contractors and reviews on companies. Many gave a high rating to American Way. As it was the weekend and, on a Sunday, I called the company and they answered. I was stunned. They posed a few inquiries and did some investigating so he could do his work better on Monday morning. We needed to sit tight for the part, however, their correspondence and communication were throughout the process very quick. The maintenance was sensibly estimated. I highly recommend American Way! We came home after vacationing for an entire week and found out that there was no hot water in the kitchen. These guys showed up on scheduled time and fixed the hot water for us. Their dispatcher was really helpful and pleasant on the phone. This company is the best.

I made first contact with Al from American Plumbing on 7/22, and 6 days later, he and his team installed a brand new central A/C system in my West Orange house. They are straight forward with their estimates and will not sell you anything that isn't necessary. Just know some basic facts about the subject so you know what you want when you call them. The pricing was very fair and affordable compared to several other estimates I got, but at same time fair enough for them to stay in business. They came in and installed everything in a quick and efficient manner, relieving me from the summer heat. I will definitely call them again if I had another house and it needed a/c, or other issues in general maybe in the future. Thanks again! Service: AC installation

Great service. I was impressed with their reasonable rates and professional demeanor. My furnace needed a massive repair, and they could have easily told me that it needed a replacement. But they were honest. They said they can repair it, and they did.
