I think if you are knowledgeable in exactly what needs be done, you will get Roc at a reasonable price. If you are a noob like me, I'll recommend you look elsewhere. I had Roc come in to complete an appliance installation. After paying over a $1000, I still had to call in a plumber and electrician to complete the job he charged me for. Not worth it.

I reached out to Roc about fixing my Google Nest thermostat and he was so professional about the process. He knew exactly what the issue was and quickly fixed it. Not only was he efficient and knowledgeable, but he also took his shoes off before entering my apartment - I personally appreciated that because I have NEVER seen anyone else do that. Punctual, professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Daley Service and Installation. I called one morning and the technician was there within the hour. I'd been putting off calling for HVAC service for fear that the price would be too high. But when my air conditioning unit had stopped working in the middle of a mini heat wave I had no choice. And it turns out that the problem -- a small animal had crawled inside the outside unit and chewed on the wires -- was diagnosed and fixed quickly. The technician educated me on the proper way to use the vents to get the maximum use of air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter. I will definitely be calling on Daley Service and Installation for my HVAC needs.
