        Their website will happily take your order and contact information and credit card, and even sends an order confirmation email, BUT if you don't live in NJ, you won't get your appliance. They took 7 days to to get this email: "Hi We do not deliver to CA We do not ship at all. We just operate locally in NJ. We apologize for the inconvenience. Wes Thank you" Basically an unprofessional waste of time.

        No answers and do Not buy from them. I placed an order online and received an order confirmation email. So basically, they don't ship the order and no answer on the customer service phone as well. Why waste time on this company which I could have go to other places?!

        Wes at Nordam went to great lengths to ensure my purchase was achievable & smooth from purchase to shipping, from NJ to MS! He even had to pack the Samsung range & assist my chosen freight company loading it! I WOULD BUY here AGAIN!!
