        Our sales Rep Anthony R. who we recommend was only knowledgeable on the products (appliciances we needed) the wear and tear, the care and most of all he actually listened to what you were looking for and didn't crowd you or tried the pressuring you . If you need appliciances, PC Richard's, look for Anthony R. You won't be disappointed

        Nelson is a fantastic sales person whom you can always turn to. I needed AC units which need to be the exact dimension to fit in the frames in my condo. Nelson searched the purchase histories of the people in my condo and selected the right products for me. Also he checked stock availability for my other purchases ensuing the two day delivery to accommodate my urgent needs. I had a good purchasing experience at their Brooklyn store, but this West New York store is also impeccable. Now Im a huge fan of P.C. Richard!
