When I first spoke with Ashley Allen, I was only thinking about changing from my car and homeowner insurance company of many years. As a consequence of Ashley patiently and knowledgably answering my questions, I gave more thought to changing to All State. I subsequently had a few more conversations with Ashley over a three-week period. She continued to be responsive to me as a potential customer, without placing sales pressure on me. She was intent upon answering my questions satisfactorily for me. The result of my experience with Ashley is that All State is now the insurance company for my two cars and home.

Ashley Allen is my agent. On September 1, 2021 80% of my house was destroyed by an 85 foot white oak tree!
Although I was relatively in shock I was able to file a claim from my daughter’s house at 2 am that morning. The next day around 8:30 am Ashley already reached out to me and told me she had already started the process! I can’t thank her enough, with everything that is going on Covid-19 storms and our own stress Ashley could not have been a greater help. We have been rebuilding now for the last 3 months and Ashley still continues to follow up! Nobody provides this kind of commitment and service! Thank you Ashley and Allstate, my family and I appreciate your incredible support!!
