      image Company sends junk mail in plain blank envelopes with no identification or anything but the "to" address so you don't know who it is from; tacky and unprofessional. Soft-forces you to open it if you aren't in the habit of throwing out mail that is addressed to you when you have no idea what it is. Gives the first impression of a sneaky company that resorts to deceitful & underhanded marketing and only advertises that they have something to hide.

      image Harry was very helpful and knowledgeable. As we went through the policy options he explained each one and gave his opinion on what would go best. Also he did not try to over sell and push things on us. He was very professional and connected with us on a personal level. We look forward to continue working with Harry in the future.
