My mother is hooked on their jamocha? Shakes. Lately, if I don't get there before 4 pm on the weekends, they're already closed. Yesterday, Sunday, it happened again. So I decided to go to Berlin, which usually has normal hours and most of the menu. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru a ND heard them tell the car ahead of me, sorry no roast beef or gyros or Mac and cheese. Unbelievably, the driver apologized to them. They told me they had no shakes or sliders. ?!?!?!?!?!

My first time there. Everything was hot & good. I really enjoyed my sandwich. I will return in the future for sure.

This place needs help Ive come here a couple times now and wanted to get some food, 2 hours before closing and theres one employee cleaning up but not taking any orders. I wasnt the only person in line the last time, the drive thru had at least 5 cars, including myself. At least turn the drive thru menu lights off so people know you dont want to take orders. Will never come here again

This location has gone down hill. The wait in drive thru was terrible...nobody answered had to go inside to place order. Food was basic and they acted slow with everything(smh). Do better ARBYs! Sent feedback to you all

I went to the drive-thru just about noon and it was very busy but the line moved fairly quickly. My food was great - very tasty and nice and hot so I can't complain. I'd go back to this location again.
