Arby's

I recently discovered Arby's and the food was great and the service was great, but I'm sad to sayi went by to get dinner and they were closed indefinitely why?? The food is so good!!!!

Only the drive-thru was open; the wait in line took forever. When I pulled up to the takeout window, the order was pretty quick. My slider was scrumptious, but my main sandwich not so much probably because I really wanted the limited sandwich that was no longer available. Fries yummy as always. Bothered that I couldn't go inside to order, especially since I felt rusher at the drive-thru since the line was so long.

I called and asked if the dining room is open I was told yes I got there 15 minutes later it WAS NOT OPEN smh the response I received back from Arby's corporation was telling me to call to see when they are open because their hours of operation vary now. I guess they are way too stupid to read my original post which states that I called to see if the dining room was open and the staff said yes then when I got there 15 minutes later they were not open. What part of I called to see if they were open did they not understand?

My fries were cold sandwiche was sloppy and cashier was unprofessional. The shake was nasty. We ordered 2 Dr. Pepper and 1 cola. They gave us 3 dr. pepper. We had tho yell at the window to get sauce. The cashier was oblivious. I grade this a D plus.

Ordered Ruben sandwiches. At the window they tell me they don't have 1000 island sauce. Worse yet, meat a bit lite and didn't cover the bread. And they didn't cut in in half. Should of gone to Chick-fil-A
