Said he would fix the DC Jacks on my laptop after I wasn't able to fix them. He said was busy and asked me to wait. I waited nearly 3 weeks before calling today and finally got to talk to Dave and he said he wasn't interested in doing the work since I attempted the repair already. I wouldn't have had a problem at all with this if he said that 3 weeks ago, since the first thing I told him was that I tried and failed the repair myself.

Stay away from this person, place and thing. The owner is not what he makes himself out to be. Waited so long for the part and then he broke my printer while put it in. It took 3 more days to get it back. It's not worth dealing with this place or the owner who's presence will linger long after he is gone.
