I would like to send a shout out to the wonderful lady that did my blood work yesterday in Hamilton room #3. We need more people like her who loves their job and who makes the person who she is dealing with feel comfortable and safe. I had a very good experience. Chris called me in, and made sure my concerns about testing and insurance was addressed. While taking the blood she comforted me and made sure I was ok. I have not had a problem. She even called me to make sure I give her the prescription I forgot to take and give to her when I got my blood drawn.

This was my first time at this Quest location. When I got there I was seen pretty quickly. I think I got there at a good time before the rush of people come in. Normally at another location I used to go to the max I waited was an hour, which is why I go to Quest compared to LabCorp (as long insurance covers Quest or mostly covers them). I can get on with my day at Quest instead of sitting at LabCorp for the next 3/4 hours before I am seen. I had Malika and she did a good job communicating and took her time, and she seemed like she is good with people.
