Always had a good experience here until Gloria and I had a misunderstanding, after which I was purposely given a bad blood draw by the other woman where blood was dripping out, I swelled immediately and was bruised for over a week (which i took pictures to document). I know they know what they're doing which is why this incident was spiteful and extremely unprofessional. As stated, I've never had any problems with them before this. My appointment was on a Saturday morning first thing. When i arrived for my scheduled appointment at a couple of minutes to 7 the doors were locked and lights were off so i waited in my car to research my appt details thinking I had the wrong date/time. When I was let in at exactly 7 I chuckled and made an innocent joke about thinking they were closed. Well that was it...she didn't find it funny at all and her attitude began (which in turn prompted me to give it right back to her). If someone has the first appointment of the day they should be open and ready to work, not turning on the lights and unlocking the door. That goes for any business. If that's not possible, don't schedule appointments at 7am on a Saturday if you aren't ready to work.

This was the best blood draw experience of my life. I have always had negative experiences with blood draws and IVs and for the first time in my life Ive had a successful blood draw on the first try. If I ever need to do it again I will always come back here. Thank you for listening and being compassionate.
