Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Food was good also. Everyone at my table was satisfied!

Just terrible ordered 2 glasses of wine both had lipstick on them. Told the waiter he brought to new drinks no big deal right? Placed our order then proceed to open our silverware there was old food stuck to every utensil in a party of 8. Someone just wrapped them up from a previous customers! We informed the waiter that we could not eat there because of the obvious reason what else could not be cleaned stored or cooked to a standard. Extremely Hazardous to your health! Shameful!! Buyer Beware!!!!

Never got to eat here, arrived at 3:50 to a dining room full of empty tables and was told there would be a ten minute wait, it was explained the kitchen was understaffed,15 minutes later we were seated, then waited another 10 minutes without seeing a server so we left - assumed the entire experience would be slow, just passing through and needed to get back on the road, went to McDonald’s ahead, we have rarely stopped at Ruby Tuesday but now this location has assured the chain that I will never stop there again
