DISGUSTED in more ways than one (poor service and disgusting hygiene practices). I took my girlfriend for an early Mothers Day dinner on Friday 5/5. The restaurant was dead and we were sat immediately at 8pm. A waiter in the bar section gave us a menu and told us we would be helped soon. After 15 minutes without even being greeted, I asked for their manager on duty, Diana. I explained what happened and pointed out that one of her servers had fingernails that were probably close to 2 inches long (YUCKtouching my food!). The manager tried to pay me off with the typical Id be happy to serve you and pick up the check. No, thanks. I said I wanted to the corporate number and she handed me a business card for the GM, Michael Foster. Wow, I have a background in hospitality and I truly felt insulted. I went straight to Texas Road House and happily spent $100 there.
