Sure, the doctors are good and take their time. However, when it is impossible to get in contact with them at all times of the day, it doesn't matter much huh? I have called up to 20 times in one day to be sent to the answering machine or to be answered and immediately hung up on.
Called this Monday after one of the worst flare-ups I've had, ibuprofen was not doing anything and I am a college student who needs to do a lot of things due to classes and clubs and I am also in my last semester, I would like to graduate and not miss more classes due to the unbearable pain. I called BAWLING my eyes out in pain, managed to score an online visit but since I was in so much distress I can't remember what time I picked. But regardless, that was the last time they answered me this entire week and the question they promised to ask my rheumatologist was never answered. For the first two days of the flare up I had to find other ways to manage my pain in + ibuprofen because of their refusal to help ask a question. I should not have to be finding other ways to medicate myself if I have a rheumatologist. I have been calling again all week to confirm my appointment. Today alone, I have called 6 times since 9:00AM and not a single call was answered.
If you have a medical issue where you have chronic pain, this is literally the worst damned place you could go to for help.
Finding new doctor ASAP because this is undoubtedly the worst front desk of all time. (Dover office too)
update: they answered my message this time (miracle!!!) turns out that after hearing someone in pain from an autoimmune disease crying in pain, they never even scheduled me. just wonderful service.
the negligence and irresponsibility is mind blowing and blood boiling.

After 43 phone calls and 8 voice messages in order to discuss my blood work, I give up and will take it somewhere else. There is no care in either office (Succasunna or Dover).

Everyone here from the desk staff, nurses and doctors are so kind! Dr. Bigelsen took his time to explain and educate my husband and I about the origins of allergies and how to help our daughter conquer her egg allergy. Highly recommend this place!
