I am having a terrible experience with this doctor office staff, Heather whos is a front desk person is very rude and disrespectful with me over the phone . As per my insurance is active is from 01/01/23 .My endoscopy is January19/23 . Heather called me on Friday told my insurance was not active , when I called my insurance they told its active, and they also told me endoscopy needs a pre - approval it will take 10 business days to get approve . I am having a lot Gi issues every time I called dr. Agrawell office to address my Gi issues she says you have to wait for your endoscopy or either go emergency room . Now I am not even sure if I will get my endoscopy on January 19 since it takes 10 business days to get approve.Very inconsiderable towards their patients health . Would not recommended this place!!!! I also want to mention that my insurance is active and have no issues with the my primary doctor. I have been waiting for my endoscopy almost a month since I was in the middle of changing my insurance!!

Dr Agarwahl is a very knowledgeable doctor who has one of the nicest demeanors towards his patients. He has helped in ways that I thought were not possible. Hes the doc to go see if you have a problem.
