The receptionists are disgustingly rude. Bad attitude with the way they talk to new guest. Cant even answer with respect. I dont know what was the problem with their attitude. I was coming with my mother to get a new membership and also so my mom can use her membership in this location. They were so disgustingly rude we had to leave. I dont know what were they thinking. I bet theyll bring this YMCA location down with that attitude. I hope the owner or someone professional fix this and fire them. I recommend not going there to waste time and have a bad experience. I Do not recommend this location. Check the other bad comments.

The aquatics coordinator kind of gave me a hard time and asked if I was legit when working with some of my personal friends kids who are swim team hopefuls. Asked if we were members. If she needs proof, I have my id, my card, and my phone card. I was taken aback. What was this about???? You cant train together as national members? And excuse me? I get in the pool too. I happened to run this morning. So thats why Im giving this a 4 star rating. That interaction was disrespectful and rude.
