Our realtor Katie from Heritage House was the best we could have ever asked for. In such a tumultuous market, Katie stood by our side for months as we lost house after house and went above and beyond to make sure we had all of the information we needed. She even previewed houses for us to make sure they were worth our while and always made us feel like she had time for our endless questions. After finally getting an offer accepted, she worked with us to sell our current home. We honestly feel without her advice and recommendations for list price - it would not have sold for how high it did!! We feel so lucky to have had Katie as our realtor.

We are a family of 7 who were desperate to find a new home very quickly. We ended up getting a call from Michelle Boragi Wilson at Sotheby's to show us a home very last minute. She worked so quickly and was extraordinarily responsive. We have her informaton saved so that in 2 years when we are ready to purchase instead of lease we can work with her. We have such a unique situation and so many kids that we were nervous we would be too much for a realtor to handle, but she was so good and we cannot say enough about how hard and fast she worked to get us into a home closer to our family. No questions went unanswered and communication was amazing.
