I don't have enough great things to say about working with Kate Raftery! My boyfriend and I were about to give up the home searching process after working with another agent for almost a year. But my friend told me I should call her realtor, who was Kate. So we did! The day after Christmas we went to go look at a house and it just wasn't the one, But Kate had a backup plan and showed us a house that just got listed that day and she said do you guys wanna go look at it and we said yeah sure! We fell in love with the house it was everything we wanted! We put in an offer and Kate spoke to the sellers agent and miraculously got our offer accepted! Since it was an REO (foreclosure) it was a very difficult, drawn out process due to the bank being difficult. But Kate did EVERYTHING in her power to make it easier on us and explained everything and answered all of our thousands of questions. She has been so incredibly helpful and has gone above and beyond throughout the whole process! This was our first home purchase and I'm soooo happy we called Kate! We just closed on the house yesterday and moved in today and I can honestly say it wouldn't have been possible without Kate!!!
