Did a really good job of assigning good caregivers, and especially of making sure there were no gaps in coverage; Anyone who has used a caregiver or a related service knows that this is not an easy task. Overall we felt they understood our needs, and were very accommodating in helping us navigate through a very stressful and emotional situation.

Honestly I wouldnt recommend working here at all. At first it was good, but it started to go downhill within 1 month. The owner Jelpa is such a disrespectful human beings. They would lie to you about certain cases just for money. Thats all she care about is the money. She kept case of man who was a little too touchy & swore she would report him, but never did. Clients would complain about her too & she would just blame it on her caregivers :(. I put my two weeks in & she decided not to put me on any cases because she is upset. I was told not to go to my classes because I have a job to obtain. All this company cares about is money, so be careful

Fantastic service, worked with me after hours to get a care giver for my mom on short notice. Very pleasant on all levels, caregiver was great!! Will use again and again.

I have been working with Jalpa and Dipen since they took over the business. This is the first agency that has always been able to delivery quality home care, on time and without any problems. Jalpa checks to make sure the caregiver is right for the patient on an ongoing basis. She personally visits her clients and staff to make sure everyone is happy. I would highly recommend Jalpa and her team of caregivers to any family who has a need.
