ZERO stars is more like it!! Stay AWAY from these people, even if the "Case Manager" at a HOSPITAL, "Steers" you their way! Can you say "kickbacks?" I thought you could! The GM here is bad news, and has NO problem covering up things, like the ASSAULT of elderly people by HOSPITAL WORKERS! Did you know that CareOne is the parent company? Well, they are. This used to be called "Bergen Care Home Health," but if you ask the General Manager Mizz S.N. about that, you'll hear her squirming over the phone! WHY? Because people with EVERYTHING to hide, hide EVERYTHING! Places like this blacken the eye of the healthcare industry, and MUST be TARGETED when it comes to ELDER CARE REFORM! Do NOT, do NOT, do NOT use this Agency!! Not in APRIL, or EVER! Understood, in APRIL????

Everyone was fabulous Annette Jamie Joan Janice and other ladies in the office were always responsive when i called or texted them. Jamie spoke to my doctor when the wound vac wouldnt work. I would recommend them always. In fact they are still available to me for any questions.
