I love this place. Ive been coming here for almost 20 years for color and cut by Dianne. She does a top notch job, shes super friendly, she really knows a lot about hair. The salon is clean and bright and has a really fun & fashionable vibe. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly, helpful and efficient. Lauren the owner is always smiling and warm. They were super conscientious during COVID and took every precaution and safety measure. I go once a month and really look forward to it.

I've been getting my hair cut and highlighted at Sydney Albert for 13 years, and they are wonderful. I used to go to fancy New York salons, and would walk out feeling frustrated, because the stylists would be more interested in giving me a fashionable haircut than a flattering one. My stylist at Sydney Albert really listens, and there's not a time in the 13 years that I haven't walked out looking and feeling great. The staff is friendly and professional and the salon is elegant and clean. I highly recommend them! Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling, Highlights, Haircut

I have been going to Sydney Albert for years and I have found my Stylist! I have been using Jill for my Cut and Color for over a year. It is very hard to find a stylist that gets your vision and helps you achieve it every single time. Jill is professional and so friendly. I look forward to every single appointment. My hair looks as great on week 6 as it does when I walk out of the salon. Highly recommend Jill! Services: Hair coloring, Haircut

If I could give this Salon zero stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.. As a new client I experienced the worse hair appointment. I walked in a blond and said I like my color just refresh it and cover the grey. JILL did not listen to what I clearly said. She made me a brunette with highlights. ABSOLUTELY NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. Along with now dealing with being darker than I wanted and clearly said its too dark several times. I was told to just wash it. Now I had cunky highlights that where changed it thin lines. Oh wait it gets worse. The Manager Robin has every excuse in the book. No help. The Owner is so Rude and Mean with no willingness to help, she just wants your money. They only suggestions are to wash it and wait. They don't care that I don't like it or anything. The only saving grace is that I didn't allow them to cut my hair. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.
