        Kelly Vance of Salon La Rebelle has been cutting my hair for almost 20 years. I followed her from Metropolis to Koi and now to her own salon. Kelly is a keeper because of her talent, flexibility and professionalism, along with being an interesting and kind person. If you have naturally curly hair or like to switch it up every now and then, you wont find someone more up to the task. 5 STARS for Salon La Rebelle!
