The dr. I see has left 2 locations and is now practicing here. This has to be the most incompetent office staff I have ever had to deal with.

I saw Dr. Mirza for a physical. He is the sweetest man and wonderful doctor. I also wanted to express how amazing the front desk is. I had some issues gathering my documents for school but Natalia at the front desk was god sent. She walked me through everything I needed to do, she went out of her way and printed papers for me from my school that I needed. She explained she was a student too and understood my stresses, she was simply amazing. I don't know if she is going to be a nurse or what she is advancing to but any hospital would be lucky to have her. I am so happy I chose medical associates as my primary care office.

Terrible place. The irony of it all is when you call your primary care physician and they said you cannot come in because you are sick. Are you kidding me? Is that not what a doctor is for? Time to find another PCP. This is why I found another cardiologist that is not in this group as well. Whole operation is a joke.

The staff sucks (old bridge) I had an appointment here and was turned away.....and the manager isn't any better she's a very nasty person and shouldn't be working in health care to be honest....I don't recommend this places due to the fact you can be dying and they will turn you away because they claim they didn't see you on the schedule or etc....even if it's as per a doctor I still got turned away and still have yet to get a call from the manager to say sorry about what happen.....HR really needs to look into this practice because if they are doing this I can't imagine what else they are doing....
