Ive been seeing dr kumar for 3 years. I was originally looking for a primary to help with high blood pressure that I thought I was having I originally thought he was a primary but his a blood a cancer doctor I believe but i didnt realize. But he still wanted to find the issue and treat it and good think I have him regardless because I do have a blood clot disorder plus at one point my iron was extremely low and needed infusions. He is a a very caring doctor and ALL of his staff is super friendly. I never had a bad encounter :)

0 stars !!!! Office manager is very rude and dismissive. I work in the medical field n never heard of an office that wont take a reference number For proof of changing your pcp. She hung up the call twice while I was speaking. As a patient and medical office worker myself, I know the importance of helping patient receive the best help care available. I could have easily made an appointment and changed my pcp day of if need be. I couldve been scheduled an hour prior to my appointment in order to fill out new patient paperwork and to ensure that my insurance Was verified through navinet . When this was brought up to the office, managers attention how she can assist me and make things easier as the patient. She was very dismissive and hung up on me. Before hanging up on me she told me that she wouldnt accept me as a new patient after advising her that I was within my rights. A formal complaint with my insurance company has been made . Pls find somewhere else where the patient matter

Dr. Kumar is the best but th le front desk and office manager are rude and don't deserve any business. They dont provide a welcoming environment and just give attitude from the moment you walk through the door. I brought in my grandmother who is in a wheel chair and has seen Dr. Kumar many times before without issues. Bringing her anywhere is a task due to her disabilities.... once we get there and wait we are told we cannot be seen because the address for the doctor needs to be updated with the insurance. This is something that we could have been told when scheduling the appointment or even called about after scheduling the appointment. Insurance wasn't able to do it right away over the phone because they need a translator for my grandmother to approve this and one had to be scheduled. They wouldn't accept cash for the visit because she has insurance....
