Cleaning was very superficial. There were stains under the edge of the sink in half bathroom. Even the cabinet shelves in bathroom had some stains which could have been cleaned better. Overall, my feedback is negative.

They didn’t even show up or call to say they weren’t coming. I called the phone number and no one‘s answering and there is no machine.

Giving one star is a compliment.... This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever worked with. Scheduled a carpet cleaning for Friday evening and nobody showed!! Couldn't get in touch with anybody until Saturday morning and the woman on the phone claimed that I never gave my address or contact info when I did. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and she promised that a tech would be out by 12:15 that day. Again... The tech never showed!! When we called back to see what was going on, they never answered. So sorry that I wasted my time and energy working with this company because they clearly do not have their act together. If you're looking for carpet cleaning stick with the bigger names like Stanley or Sears and don't bother calling these guys... especially since since this is not a one-off situation and the same has happened to other reviewers
