        Company was hired for cleanroom cleaning. However, employees refuse to clean. Cleaners refuse to clean up any water spots off the floor. Sometimes, buffer will spill leaving a patch of white where the liquid evaporated. They will take pictures against our company confidential policy in the clean production areas with their cell phones and complain saying that it is unsafe to clean. They will refuse to clean around movable shelving saying that the cleaners can get hurt from falling objects. However, we only keep plastic 15mL test tubes and 50L plastic bottles on shelves. They take the time to then take a picture of the empty plastic bottles the weight is maybe 3lbs each. It is extremely aggravating. Then, when we do EM testing, we get high hits from Cladosporium mold. I have made this mistake of hiring this company. Stay away.
