Agent was great Location is great This happened 2 times- once I arrived I had to wait for car for anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes as they do not have cars available Once they get the car , they clean in hurry and leaves lots of junk in car from previous renters Advantage needs to improve wait time for the car

First they didn't have the car I had rented ten days before, after almost an hour of waiting they told me that the car was definitely not going to be available and they offered me another car with a free fuel tank. I accepted because my trip was very important, but at the time of payment they charged my credit card with $ 810 when my rent was $ 427, the lady said it was for a deposit, too much!!, almost double what I should pay. Terrible experience, I left without a car, they ruined my trip.

I have been standing in line for over half an hour. Nothing better to do than write this review. It wouldn't be so bad if every other counter wasn't totally open. Even with time between guests the other counter is able to serve three or four people by the time this counter serves one. Lowest price, lowest service. Won't make this mistake again.

They have bad phone customers service, counter service, and manager I have ever seen before. They rejected to complete the reservation just because the credit card declined once. Then, they don't want talk or give other options. If you talk to them gently, they treated you as pauper. I will never go with these. it doesn't deserve any star. returning the car with less gasoline charge you $9 per gallon! don't accept debit card unless you have booked flight!

Was given a compact car when I had booked a full size sedan. What's the point of booking if you're not going to have that car available? When I asked for a discount they straight up told me NO! Why am I paying for your mistake?
