I will definitely not recommend this branch, Today I went to get my money with my husband, the account is under both names, my husband approached the teller asked for a slightly high amount, the girl verified the information and told us that she was going to pick up the money. However, she took us to the "manager" Mr. Rodrguez. I have asked my husband why we have that amount of money in the account??? And why were they deposited today and why is he going to take it out? First of all the main one in the account it's me. Since I was going to provide him with that information and he Rodrguez literally shut up me and he told me that he is not asking me that he is asking to my husband. !!!! First! I understand that since it is a high amount, some MAYBE for security you have to explain why this situation occurred!! Second!!!! This Rodrigues guy because he doesn't deserve to be called a Managerhe needs to get a customer service training as he doesn't know how to treat a customer especially when you are in a high management position and therefore brings this banking institution into disrepute. He finally gave us the money and after sending him PROOFS!!!!!! they gave us OUR money from our account!!!!! lousy customer service... Definitely the worst bank. I went to withdraw my money with my husband, the account is in both of our names, the two of us went and he approached and asked for a sum of a somewhat high amount, the girl verified the information and told us that she was going to collect the money without However, he took us to the manager Mr Rodrguez. He asked my husband why do we have that amount of money??? And why were they deposited today and why are you going to remove them? Being the main person on the account, I was going to provide him with that information and he literally shut up and told me that he is not asking me but my husband. !!!! First ! I understand that since it is a high amount, MAYBE for security reasons you have to give explanations as to why this situation occurs!! Second!!!! This guy Rodrigues because he does not deserve to be called Manager... he needs to receive customer service training since he does not know how to treat a customer especially when you are in a high administrative position and therefore discredits this banking institution. Finally he gave us the money and after sending him PROOF!!!!!! They gave us the money from our account!!!!! with terrible customer service. Definitely the worst bank.
