As a former bank employee and customer for 10+ years the service at this bank is disappointing. I walked in to do a wire transfer and was told to step outside and call the bank to schedule a simple wire transfer that I needed done on that day. I called the bank and they told me they wouldnt be available to do it until the end of the week. A wire transfer takes 5 minutes, this is unacceptable service for a bank that I do business with for so many years. I would recommend replacing the management staff of this bank with more customer focused service. Please avoid and go to the Chestnut st branch where you will be met with customer focused service.

The customer service is friendly but the security has an unpleasant attitude if you have any questions she do not know how to help you or where to go, she closes the door in your face with a lot of rudeness that is not the right place to go
