Not a good bank , not helpful at all , not sure about the rest but this in Newark is not helpful. I called other locations and they where more helpful.

They have the worst customer service I ever seen on a bank. Went there to cash a check from their bank and they told me I have to open an account to be able to cash a check for less than $500. A few days later went there to make a deposit for my company as requested by main office and they asked me for ID (I'm ok with that) but then they ask for my social security # and they refused to make the deposit because I refuse to gave my social ... here's the red light to not do business with these people.

I dont even have an account, yet they refuse to cash business checks from their own account holders and make you wait five days to hold on a check from their own bank. Shameful
