I came in to the store earlier this week with over 100 pages to print for court evidence, and the girl with the braids I think her name is Suri She was so helpful, she helped me to organize all of my images into one PDF so that it would be easier and quicker to print, she saved me time and was very sweet while doing it. Will definitely come back for all of my printing needs as long as shes there. Amazing customer service.

Today I experienced the most disturbing and painful moment of my life at this UPS store . I hope the reason isnt because Im melanated and highly favored. I would just like you to know Shitan and Raj you both are a disgrace to public services in my eyes and to people of color.. that in life, it is not what you say to folks but its how you say it. Ive always use this UPS store and the other associates are always nice but I am truly affected by your actions today and will never recommend people that look like me to your business. Congratulations you played yourself !

I dont normally write reviews, but I walked into the store yesterday with a ton of Amazon returns. I had just come from work so i was pretty disorganized and Zuri was the only one in the store, and she was so kind and patient. Helped me get through all of my returns efficiently and didnt make me feel bad for being all over the place. She definitely made that pit stop much less stressful than I thought it would be!
