Where other ups store are good in customer service. This is the worst location I always experience. I always pray I dont have to pick my packages here. Box is opened and they said contact ups not us. I mean who the hell are you then when I am standing in ups store.

It was such an amazing experience at this UPS store. Thankful for Jay, the manager who was able to help me with all that I needed help with. He ensured that I left the store being absolutely nothing but satisfied. Will definitely go to this location every opportunity that I have. Definitely recommend this location!!!

Unfortunately have to give 0 stars to this location for the lack of responsible staff, generally not right attitude handling important packages. I see them scan and leave packages on desk, easy enough for anyone walking in to pickup someone else's package by mistake. I have personally lost 3 packages worth over $1000 with them and UPS takes zero responsibility of it. Store says check with UPS, UPS says tracking show package never moved from store. It is really nightmarish to deal with them if your package gets misplaced after dropping. I would try to avoid this location.
