I had an appointment confirmed in writing and then he never showed, never responded to texts or calls. I wish I had read other reviews before I booked

This is a local business. My husband had his car dirty. Like, really dirty. Like ridiculous dirty. The guy took 4 hours with it and ended up spotless! I was impressed.  Price was reasonable and I will definitely call them again.

EDIT: They messaged me a couple of days after the missed appointment below and apologized for not responding to my calls or texts. They offered a discount and said they would come the next day. I even double confirmed via text that they would show up during a 5 hour window, and they confirmed the night before. The day of, we were waiting but they never showed up. I reached out again near the end of the 5 hour window, and they said they were finishing up a job and would be here soon, even though I made it clear that we would not be available at that time. They never sent any text or made any call to let me know that they were going to be later than the planned window. --- They never showed up to the appointment, didn't give me a text/call to let me know they weren't coming, and also didn't pick up any of my phone calls.
