Convenient Detailing NJ

Please be wary. At first glance all the past reviews on Google are great, however there are no recent reviews. My experience with Convenient Detailing was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. At the onset the detailer wasnt equipped to do the clay bar treatment or the engine bay cleaning. Once completed he stained my speaker cover, which I pointed out to the detailer which had a gel like liquid on it, and he told me it would dry and go away. The next day the stain was still there and in addition there was a white residue all over the interior the vehicle. The more I looked around the vehicle the worse it got. The roof looked like it was cleaned with a dry broom (it was supposed to be waxed and polished) and there were numerous areas that didnt look like they were touched. The owner was not forthcoming in taking responsibility. After going back and forth, he was finally going to send the detailer back out to fix everything. We scheduled a time and the detailer never showed up and the owner could not get in touch with him. (Supposedly this is the owners only mobile detailer. It seems that the owner of the website subs out the work, not actual employees.) I requested a refund which the owner denied, he stated that I am wrong and none of the products they used would stain the speaker cover and the detailer did an almost complete job. He was only sending his detailer back out (who never showed up) because he was lazy with the roof. The owner said he would reschedule again, however at this point they didnt show up nor notify me that they couldnt make the reschedule and if Convenient Detailing is not willing to own up to damaging my vehicle, I do not trust them to do any further work on my vehicle. I am going to have to go somewhere else to get my vehicle detailed again and to get a new speaker cover. Services: Wheel washing, Full body wash, Auto interior vacuuming, Auto detailing, Car waxing

Can't be any more convenient, they come literally to your front door and do an amazing job... I have two kids, two dogs, and a wife so you can imagine how dirty our car gets... car still manages to look like it did the day we bought it!

The detailer was on time .very professional.he let me know every step that he was going to take to get the stains out of my carpet. .i would definitely use convenient detailing again

These guys did a great job on our car, which was pretty covered in dog hair. Good as new when we got it back!
