        My computer water system notified me of a potential leak (Emergency situation). I immediately went into panic mode and called Cullen. Dispatcher picked up immediately, listened to my concerns and had someone at the house in 1.5 hours to diagnose and fix problem. They went way overboard with communication and resolution. I was very impressed and all this was on an 18 degree day and calls coming in from everywhere. Cullen made me feel like the most important customer and serviced my request like I was the most important customer. Service: Pipe repair
