Stay away - do yourself a favor. Took advantage of hurricane Ida flood to price gouge. Did not complete what he promised. Works at a turtles pace. Took him three hours to install a hot water tank that was already in place (I purchased it) and the old one already removed. All he had to do was hook it up. He charged us $1250 in labor and was paid on cash. Would give zero stars if I could. Service: Boiler installation

Master Plumber extraordinaire! Rich is an excellent plumber, honest and reliable. I have always found him to be very conscientious in his work ethic and when in a bind he is the one I call first. I have hired him on several occasions always giving the best in service. When he was bogged down with other jobs he was forthright in directing me to seek out someone else. I being the building industry, and perhaps a little more critical than others, highly recommend Rich!

I would give zero stars if I could. Richard is very UNRELIABLE and certainly not a person of his word. He did not keep promises, return phone calls or text messages. His quote came in higher than the others and he did much less. The only reason I hired him was b/c he was local. I do not recommend him..I had to hire another plumber complete the job. I can't believe how much Richard charged me for doing such little work!
