Haven't had any repairs done but went here for my car inspection and was able to get it done while I waited (minimal wait). obviously your experience may vary if you come on a busy day or there are two other people that came in before you asking for the same thing etc. I came on a weekday around 930am. Left very happy!

I have been using Cherokee Car Care for decades Brought my son 2009 Honda Accord It did not start A stayer motor was installed $ 700 1 day later, Needed an alternator. The battery tested out fine. Why was that not discussed? Not very happy after all these years

While I cant comment on the repairs yet, as I just picked up the vehicle. It wouldve been nice if they were more forthcoming with their 4% credit card fee. Even when they called to tell me the car was ready, there was no mention of this charge. On a $1,867 bill - it was no small amount. I wouldve easily stopped at TD if you have cash, use it. I didnt know and Im irritated.

Quite surprised that the staff at Cherokee car care told me they had no idea who owns the gas station. They told me they own the service station only. I asked because I was told they would not put window washer fluid in my car when I went to get gas. Ive been getting gas there for years. I was told it was not their job? This was new to me as Ive never been told my a gas station attendant that they couldnt or wouldnt put window washer fluid into my car. Not exactly great customer service. Needless to say I wont be frequenting that station any longer and was able to get assistance elsewhere nearby. Its a shame.
