Words can not express the gratitude I have for Glyn Brattan, Assistant Service Manager and the team that assisted me on the day my car was serviced. The promptness of the appointment and empathy showed to me will always be remembered. When bringing my car I'm I mentioned that because the battery was low, I needed to keep my appointment but someone was staying with my mother who was at my home on hospice and if possible please let me get back home to her asap. Glyn empathized with me, brought my car directly in, talked to me to keep me calm, encouraged me and got me back home to my mother asap. My mother passed that following Wednesday...4 days later. When I look back, the kindness of others kept me and continue to keep me going and Glyn is one of those people. My parents as well as I have purchased cars from this dealership...this experience made me so glad we did.

I had an amazing experience at the dealership! Everyone was so knowledgeable and professional. The sales manager, Wilder Buerhaus, and Bill Langill gave us a great deal and went out of their way to provide a great service! I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Scheduled appointment means nothing! Told when I pulled in no one could look at my car for 40 minutes. Recommend service not matching service chart in handbook which Tito said he has never seen before! Coupon sent to my email from dealer I had to email to Tito before he would honor it. This is not the first time I have had these issues.
