        A lot of people speak poorly about Genesis' level of service and how they lack in the customer service department. From some of the stories I've heard, unfortunately I think a lot of that negative feedback is likely justified. However, I can honestly say that Genesis of Cherry Hill has provided excellent service, with zero issues, for my last two Genesis vehicles. Glad I can't personally relate to a lot of the horror stories I've heard. Kudos to the management over there; well done.
