I'm always surprised at how easy Mike makes our insurance seem - anytime we need a certificate or a change, we just email and voila, not even 10 minutes later, it's done. No need for follow up emails or phone calls. We don't have time to babysit our insurance broker, and we appreciate that Mike understands that!

In the past, I have had an insurance company to turn to in case of an accident, but I never felt that I had an agent looking out for my interests. Michael Seidel of East Insurance provides customer service 24/7. He is always on the lookout to get me the best rates possible. When I recently bought a new car, he immediately wrote a new policy and faxed it to the dealer. He is always available to answer any questions I have about rates or coverage. I am sticking with East Insurance and recommending it to others because of the amazing customer service.
