        They lost my initial paperwork. On a Friday I was told I would get a call back on Monday. On Tuesday I left a message and got a voice message back on Friday. When I did speak to an agent, and I went over all the information that had been on the missing initial paperwork, she said she had to check with an underwriter on a question I had and she would call me right back. This was a week ago. I'm a customer ready to buy -how would they handle it if I actually had to file a claim? Needless to say I'll be going to an agency that seems to want customers.
