Poor triaging, Alfre.. gave false information to change suspension, tyre, battery. I have recently changed all the above and they gave false information to change them once again. Their cost is very high too. Don't get cheated going to pep boys.

I made an appointment for 930am and arrived on time. was told it would take an hour. Two hours is to long to wait for an oil change

Brought my car in for an oil / air filter change and was told my car needed new break pads. I confirmed to replace them and once it was finished I drove my car and noticed heavy shaking. I called up and brought my car back being told it was a balancing issue, once it was rebalanced I drive my car again and the heavy shaking persisted. I brought my car in two additional times where the manager told me the wheels just needed to be balanced properly yet the issue never went away. The manager told me they were test driving my car on the highway ( which I never gave permission for them to do ) and he told keeps telling me it's a balancing issue yet when ever they rebalance the tires the problem never goes away. I wasted a lot of time / money and now am going to have to find another mechanic to fix the issue they created. This location / manger is horrible.
