Service person was H.Singh If it wasnt for my credit card points to save $$ on the tires, I would have shopped some where else. My visit to this tire center was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Despite arriving early for my appointment, I had to witness the technician spending his time outside, chatting with a friend and vaping, completely ignoring my presence. To add insult to injury, other customers who walked in after me were served ahead of me, showcasing a clear lack of organization and fairness. It's evident that this tire center lacks professionalism, values, and respect for its customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. One star is too generous for the appalling service I received.

I had two tire blow outs in 2 months - I used BJs for ordering- 3 days delivery with next day replacement. Friendly and helpful staff.
