Pats Auto Glass was an amazing service!!!! They were on Time, Friendly and personable. I tell everyone when reading reviews take them with a caution because not everyone experience is the same. I’m truthfully happy I went with them! Affordable, Fast and they also was able to fix my window sensor. I have a 2018 Toyota Corolla and I’m so happy I chose them!!!! Hopefully someone will read this and give them a try!

I chose Pars Auto Glass to replace the broken windshield on my Audi Q7 and have regretted that decision ever since. From the beginning, it was plainly evident the windshield they installed did not fit properly. To try to compensate for this, Alex and his colleague used pounds of black silicon to attach it to the car. Not only did it look terrible, but my trusted mechanic confirmed that eventually, the silicon will start to leak. Simply put, it is not the correct windshield for my car. I called and they insisted that the windshield was the correct one, and that my only remedy was to purchase a windshield directly from Audi for them to install - at three times the price!! Then, the windshield wipers malfunctioned, and crossed over each other in the middle of the windshield. I called them twice to please fix them because it was dangerous to drive the vehicle that way, and they said they would come fix them, but never showed up. I had to take the car to my mechanic to have the wipers fixed so I could safely drive. He took one look at the windshield, confirmed that it wasn't the right windshield, and recommended that I get it replaced immediately before it started leaking, which he was sure would happen eventually. Asked the company to return my money, which they refused. I paid $525 for the wrong windshield, improperly re-installed wipers, and a horrible overall experience. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and fair. Gave me a better quote than Safelite, and Alex was a huge help tracking down the right piece from the dealership. Plus, he hopped on the phone with my insurance company to sort everything out. Also very convenient because they came to my office and replaced my windshield right in the parking lot.

Ali Mokari and Hussain are the best and very professional! I would high recommend them and very reasonable price. The best part is that they come to you.
