PNC Bank - CLOSED

I came here after dealing with the rudest teller at the Quakerbridge PNC location to do a cash advance. The staff here was so nice and helpful, they got it done and took what was a huge headache and got it done. Sad this location is closing. They should close and fire the staff at 3111 Quakerbridge Rd, Hamilton Township, NJ PNC instead of this location.

I like PNC but not this location. The man who helped us merge accounts looked like he hated his job. When I called to ask about my car loan after the visit (to initiate payments and see it on my account), he said it would appear soon, and the autopayments could be managed there. They couldnt in the end, and I received a late fee despite asking about it 3 times. I went to another branch, and they had it reversed. The staff were much more helpful. I like PNC but wont go back here. The 3 stars is for the friendliness of the bank tellers - I had no problems there!

PNC is generally a pretty good bank, but the powers that be have to be pretty stupid to close locations at 5pm because that's when people get out of work. A lot of their competitors are open until at least 6pm. Other than that this location is great.
