        Yes sometimes it can take a little longer (not always) because of short staff BUT for me, I love the warmth and willingness to help of the staff that makes me happy to work with THIS branch of PNC. Investors Bank should take lessons (left there because if staff). Thanks Whitehorse branch. Woo hoo!
